Section 59
Statute Of Limitation
(1) No statute of limitation shall apply to a
complaint with regard to any of the offences under Sections 49, 50,
51 52, 53 and 57.

(2) In the case of the offences under the Sections of this Chapter, except those Sections set forth in sub-section (1), no
complaint shall be entertained after the expiry of two years of the
date of knowledge of the commission of the offence.
